Kristin is originally from Madison, Alabama where she made the decision to joined the Navy as an Air Traffic Controller. After an 8-year career, encompassing a move to Virginia Beach, VA, a deployment, and year overseas, she decided to separate from the military and fulfill her goal of becoming a real estate agent. First licensed in Virginia, she moved to the beautiful Emerald Coast to join her family and obtained her Florida license shortly after. She’s the Real Estate Assistant to Broker/Owner James Adduci since August 2020, with other duties as project management, marketing, and property management. Kristin is an innovative, hard-working, forward-thinker that is making her mark in the commercial real estate and investment real estate markets.
